Gently press and massage between the tendons on the back of the foot. Don't forget the area between each toe. Massage the soft area on the ball of the foot below the big toe and also the soft area below the other toes.
Press and massage the tips of each toe. Then work on the first joint of each toe by pressing on the bottom and top with the first finger and thumb and gently pull forward for a few seconds. Then massage along the sides of each toe.
Massage the whole bottom of the foot, especially along the arch and sides. The heels require extra care.
